Experiment which turned out to be really good. Armenian bread also lasts longer than normal bread and can be filled with pretty much anything, giving new life to the leftovers from the previous day.
Ingredients:
Must haves:
very thin bread
(the armenian type)
some filling such as beans, left over grains, corn meal with soya meat. Glamping option: fresh veggies or salad as filling!
Protocol: Roll the bread with the filling as if it were a burrito, fry it in oil until it gets crispy. Also edible cold!
